What a week it’s been for us! We released our amazing renderings from our infinity pool AQUA66 and now we have some information about our exclusive penthouse suites.

A great view? Check. Lots of space? Check. Tallest pool in the city? Check. These are the features that will make the YC Condos penthouse experience far superior to the rest.

Our limited penthouse collection are on floors 59 to 63 and will range from 1,000-1,500 square feet. High ceilings, engineered wood flooring, and a gas fireplace with a natural stone make these penthouses luxurious and liveable. We’ve also incorporated generous wrap around balconies into each penthouse residence, perfect for entertaining - the city will be your oyster from the top of our building! You’ll have unobstructed panoramic views of Toronto in all directions.

We’re also really excited about the kitchens, and master ensuites. Our gourmet kitchens will feature custom designed cabinetry with contemporary panel doors, built-in appliances, a double-edged quartz countertops, full quartz backsplash, under cabinet lighting, and a spacious kitchen island. Master ensuites will also be done to the nines, featuring a contemporary vanity with mirror, a quartz countertop with undermount sink, free standing deep soaker tub, separate shower stall with frameless glass door, and natural stone tile flooring.
